The short version: this website has no forms, no accounts, no shopping cart, no cookies and no tracking. We don't know who you are unless you pick up the phone and tell us.
Who we are
M&A Disposal is a dump trailer rental and junk removal business operating in and around Jacksonville, Florida. You can reach us at (904) 303-8503 or infoma.disposal@gmail.com.
What this website collects from you
Nothing that you type. There is no contact form, no sign-up, no login and no newsletter box anywhere on this site. There is nowhere for you to enter your name, address or payment details, so we never receive them through the website.
We do not set cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
What happens automatically
Two things happen in the background that are worth being straight about:
- Server logs. This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Like every web host, their servers automatically record standard technical information about each request — the IP address, the browser and device type, which page was requested, and the date and time. This is used to keep the site running and secure. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
- Fonts. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. That means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We don't receive anything from it.
If you call, text or email us
When you contact us about a job, we keep what you tell us — your name, phone number, the service address and what you need hauled — for as long as it takes to quote the job, do the work and keep our own business records. That is ordinary business record-keeping, not a marketing list.
Text messages and emails travel through your phone carrier and email provider, who have their own privacy policies we have no control over.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add you to marketing lists because you called us once. We share information only where we genuinely have to — for example with an accountant for tax records, or where the law requires it.
Children
This site is aimed at people hiring a hauling service and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
