The short version: this website is information, not a contract. Nothing here is a binding quote. The paperwork you sign when you actually rent the trailer is the document that governs the job.
About this website
This site describes the services M&A Disposal offers in and around Jacksonville, Florida. We try to keep everything on it accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it is free of errors, and we may change services, service areas or content at any time without notice.
Quotes and prices
No price on this website is a firm offer, because there aren't any — pricing depends on the job. Any figure we give you by phone, text or email is an estimate based on what you've described to us. The final price is agreed before we start work.
What you describe has to match what's actually there. If the load turns out to be substantially larger, heavier, or different from what was discussed, we'll tell you before continuing and the price may change.
The rental agreement comes first
If you rent a trailer from us, you sign a separate written rental agreement covering the rental period, your responsibilities while the trailer is in your possession, and what may and may not go in it. That signed agreement governs the rental. If anything on this website ever conflicts with it, the signed agreement wins.
What can't go in the trailer
Some material can't legally go to a standard disposal facility. That includes things like paint, motor oil, fuel, solvents, asbestos, batteries, tires, propane tanks, medical waste and other hazardous material. If you're not sure about something, ask us first — it's a quick phone call. Putting prohibited material in the trailer can result in additional charges, since we get charged for it too.
Access and property
You're responsible for making sure we can actually reach the drop-off spot and that it's a suitable place to set a loaded trailer. Driveways, lawns, septic tanks, sprinkler systems and soft ground can be damaged by heavy equipment, and we can't be responsible for that kind of damage where you've asked us to place the trailer in a particular spot. If you're renting rather than in a place you own, get the owner's permission first.
Scheduling
We do our best to hit agreed times, but weather, traffic, landfill hours, equipment trouble and jobs that run long all happen. Delays aren't a breach of these terms. We'll keep you posted if a time slips.
Service area
The towns listed on this site are where we normally work. Being listed isn't a guarantee we can take a particular job, and being outside the list doesn't mean we can't — call and ask.
Liability
This website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, M&A Disposal isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or from reliance on information posted here. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Our content
The M&A Disposal name, logo and the content on this site belong to us. Please don't copy the logo or branding for your own use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
